We pride ourselves on handling a wide array of thermosetting and thermoplastic compounds such as epoxy, arylates, polyesters, polyolefins, nylon, PET, polyamide, and polycarbonate. Our toll processing focuses on supporting customers who need to make modifications to their materials and products. After achieving the desired results in the sample process, FPP continues its efforts to improve the process during the qualification process and strive to reduce processing and specification limits whenever possible. Our custom-tailored operation provides cost-effective versatility. We are experienced in conducting research, formulation development and engineering analysis, generating novel products and breakthrough technology, producing summary report and technical presentation for internal and external audience, identifying improvement for existing products and process and implementing the findings to drive to commercial success
